Application and Investment Requirements

To successfully apply for the Greek التأشيرة الذهبية, the following essential conditions must be fulfilled:

• Full & Clear Ownership: The property must have a clean title, free of any mortgages, liens, or legal encumbrances.
• Payment Protocol: The full investment amount must be paid via bank transfer, crossed bank check, or credit card POS transaction from the buyer’s account in Greece to the seller’s bank account. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
• Legal Entry: The applicant must hold a valid passport and have entered Greece legally (with a Schengen visa or a national D-type visa).
• Health Insurance: A comprehensive health insurance policy covering hospitalization and medical expenses in Greece is required for the main applicant and all family members.
• Clean Criminal Record: Applicants must have a clean criminal record from their country of origin or residence.
